WHO WE ARE

The Iowa Pet Alliance Foundation (IPA Foundation) is a state-wide 501(c)(3) organization addressing the most serious animal welfare issues facing pets in Iowa by tackling each at the root, with a proactive, strategic approach. As this often requires both educational and political components in order to make systematic changes and societal shifts, we often work in collaboration with our affiliate organization, Iowa Pet Alliance.
